Want to learn how to make healthy lifestyle changes? Looking for effective tools for achieving weight loss or other wellness goals?
Join with others on a journey to greater health and well-being in Sherman Lake YMCA’s Health Seeker Support Group. This 8-week wellness program is led by Certified Health Coach, Jennifer Biron. Each week, the group will have 30 minutes of discussion on topics such as Nutrition, Stress & Time Management and the Benefits of Exercise, followed by 30 minutes of meaningful movement with a Y instructor.

Jennifer Biron is a Certified Health Coach and Massage Therapist. She strives to create a supportive environment to help people achieve their health goals through lifestyle and food changes, understanding that everyone is different with unique needs.
