During January and February, join the YMCA and your fellow members for a fast-paced, six-week fitness challenge! Get to know your YMCA as you complete the challenges, and make sure to have your fitness instructor or a front desk staff member sign off in the appropriate square. Complete as many as you can and win prizes as you continue on your lifetime path to wellness!
