Ways to Pay - Monthly or annual payment options are available through automatic payment withdrawals from a checking or savings account, or utilizing a credit or debit card. When using a credit/debit card, your card’s monthly statement will indicate a withdrawal from Active Net - Sherman Lake. For security purposes, a photo ID must be presented when requesting a replacement card.

    • Medical - if a doctor or physician recommends you do not use the facility for a given time frame.

    • Vacation/Seasonal - when living or traveling out of the area.

During this time, you will not be charged membership fees. At the end of the hold period, your monthly billing and membership privileges will resume. Hold requests must be received at least 15 days prior to the date membership fees are withdrawn (the 15th of each month).
