Crossing America
The challenge begins February 1!
Join other members of Sherman Lake YMCA as we run, walk, or ride 3,064 miles across America - the distance from New York to Los Angeles!
Here's how to play:
- Complete the cardio exercise of your choice. Swimming, biking, running, or a group fitness class - it's up to you! 
- Earn 1 mile for every 30 minutes of cardio you complete. 
- After your workout, grab a heart at the Front Desk and add your name, date, and distance for the day. 
- Complete 14 hearts in February and win a Crossing America Fitness Challenge t-shirt!
