Childbirth Education Classes begin in February!

Join Sarah Colwell, CD/PCD(DONA) for a 6-week program covering essential topics to empower couples with the knowledge and skills needed for an informed birthing experience. This is also an excellent opportunity to connect with other expectant parents!

• Wednesdays, 6:15 pm - 8:15 pm OR

• Thursdays, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

• Labor and birthing outcomes

• Labor support and partner involvement

• Birth plans and decision making

• Labor progression and birth positions

• Postpartum care and infant care
