Dining Services Manager
The Dining Services Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of all facets of the dining service operation for the staff, campers and guests of the Sherman Lake YMCA Outdoor Center. A major function will be understanding that dining services is an integral contributor to building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging among staff, campers, students, teachers and retreat guests.

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Office Assistant position provides support to the Director of Community Development as needed in a seasonal capacity.
Summer Registrar Assistant
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Summer Registrar Assistant position provides support to the Administration Office Manager in the day to day summer camp registration process.

High School Leadership Development Program
Integrated Education Instructor
Integrated Education Instructor/Counselor – helping schools transform by bringing character development lessons learned at camp back to the classroom (Camp to Classroom). Integrated Education Instructors will facilitate experiential and character based curriculum for local area schools throughout our 3-5 day residential programs. Applicants must be 18 years or older, available Monday through Friday, days and overnights.
The Lifeguard is responsible for guarding the aquatic facility and/or aquatic activities to secure the safety of pool occupants and program participants. The Lifeguard will ensure a safe, fun area for children and adults to interact and enjoy. This position requires early morning, evening, and weekend responsibilities.
The Swim Instructor is responsible for conducting swimming instruction that will ensure a safe, fun area for children and adults to interact and enjoy. This position may involve morning, evening, and weekend responsibilities. Schedule may include up to 6 hours per week teaching group lessons and a varied number of hours teaching private lessons.
