Sue is new to Sherman Lake but comes to us with years of YMCA experience. She will be teaching Tuesday morning Body Blast and Thursday evening Spin & Strength.

 

cathyCathy T. – Gentle Yoga Instructor
Cathy has been practicing yoga since 1996 and began teaching in 2011.  Cathy’s students report feeling more calm, at peace, self-aware, stronger and confident after their practice and her classes are filled with compassion and laughter.

Matt has been teaching at Sherman Lake for 3 years. He enjoys the people he works with and being creative while teaching and challenging all fitness levels.

Betti W. – Spinning and Water Aerobics Instructor
Betti has been teaching at Sherman Lake for 10 years. Betti loves working out and playing sports and she lives on Sherman Lake!
