Families and friends participate in all of the activities that your kids would at camp: horseback riding, climbing, high ropes adventures, archery, camp songs and stories, arts & crafts, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking, campfires, rowdy times and family quiet times.  The definition of family is very broad, all ages are welcome, please leave your pets at home.

The fee covers all meals, snacks, lodging and recreation.  You can participate in as many activities as you wish, or choose to take a hike, read a book, or spend a quiet afternoon in the woods enjoying nature!

NEW!!  Thanks to the generosity of our neighbors and friends, the Gull Lake View Golf club, both family camp sessions will offer a time for you to visit the Gull Lake View golf courses for a reduced fee round of golf while we provide child watch for your little ones.  More information at check-in.

4th of July Family and Friends Camp begins on Monday, July 2nd with check-in from 10am-noon, first meal is lunch on Monday.  The celebration will end on Friday, July 6th after lunch with check-out at 2pm.  Participants will have the opportunity to be a part of the annual Sherman Lake July 4th boat parade followed by the official Sherman Lake YMCA 4th of July waterfront picnic celebration. 

Labor Day Family and Friends Camp begins on Friday, August 31st with check-in from 4-6pm, dinner will be the first meal.  The event concludes on Monday, September 3rd after lunch.
