Camp Fees

Payment Plans:

Summer Camp Financial AssistanceWith our new on-line registration system it’s easy to set up your own payment plan.  Once you complete the registration process and pay the initial deposit, you can easily log on once a week, once a month, or whenever you wish and make a payment to your camp balance.  Even though you know how valuable and life-changing the camp experience can be, it can still be hard to look at the camp fee and pay the entire amount at one time.  Fees for each session at due one month prior to the camp start date.  Need help – please call our registrar at 269-731-3000.

Financial Assistance:

We want to be sure no camper is turned away because of the ability to afford camp.  Please contact the camp office with any questions.  It is camp policy to provide services to all people regardless of the ability to pay established fees. The policy is accomplished by setting fees at rates as affordable as possible and by providing financial assistance to those for whom the camp fees are not affordable. Those in need of financial assistance may be awarded partial scholarship funds. See the chart below for income guidelines. If the guidelines indicate you may qualify for assistance, please enclose with your registration, proof of income (IRS 1040) and the $50 camp deposit. Scholarships are offered for one week of camp/child/summer.  We understand sometimes circumstances may dictate exceptions to our scholarship guidelines and more assistance may be needed.  Please call the Director of Camping, Lorrie Syverson at 269-731-3022 if you’d like to discuss your financial situation when applying for a summer camp scholarship program.

These scholarships are available to Michigan residents of Kalamazoo or Calhoun counties, and the school districts of Delton, Mattawan, Lawton, Plainwell, Otsego and PawPaw only.  Scholarships cannot be used with any other discounts. If you have any questions, please call (269)731-3000.  Click to download our Scholarship Application
